I offer half or full day retreats, based on your needs. Fees typically range from $1,500-$2,500 depending on the experience and circumstances of your board.

Prior to the session, I work with you to determine your goals and outcomes for the day. Then, I create a training program specifically aimed at solving the problems your board members are facing.

Every engagement includes a free follow-up session to ensure you can confidently take the next steps.
